I have a user who wants to change an email address?

Depending on your platform [Drupal, or WordPress] and how it has been configured, a user can initiate a change in their email address by themselves.

Great! Only problem is their e-learning history, as stored in Bright and SCORM Cloud, is linked to their email address.

To solve this, you will need to file a support request by sending email to support@aura-software.com.

We can simply change in Bright. Changing it in SCORM Cloud requires special API calls that we will execute on your behalf.
