Finding The Order for any old SCORM Cloud Registration
Is there a quick way of seeing what license key someone has redeemed? For example, I see a new registration in SCORMcloud and I want to see what order# is behind that registration. Can I search for the email address somewhere within the bright admin panel?
A couple of ways you can hunt this down:
- search through your WooCommerce orders by email address. Just go to the order listing in your WordPress dashboard and enter the email into the search bar.
- search for the email address in the bright registration explorer.
