Overrides are currently available for the following fields:

In each case, the original data for the field, as provided by the course provider, is permanently persisted in the following fields:

  • provider complete
  • provider success
  • provider score
  • provider completed at

Overrides are typically entered manually by the administrator using the Registration Explorer or by automated rule.

When Bright is attempting to determine if a learner has completed course, for example, the overridden value is always checked first.

  • marking a learning complete or passed on a course where the SCORM Cloud registration itself does not show complete or passed.
  • update the completion date of a completion record
  • work-arounds for SCORM Completion Errors that affect individual registrations.
